Shipping Policy

Order Processing

In stock items normally ship within 2-3 business days after payment clears. Processing and shipping time does not include weekends and holidays. We will send you an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please, contact us immediately at cs@yourglamstyle.com. Because we process and ship your very quickly, we may not be able to change or cancel it once it has been placed. However, we will let you know if we are able to make any changes to your order before it ships.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to California.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to the United States (including all territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses) and many international locations. ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS OVER $75 GET FREE STANDARD SHIPPING!

For domestic orders below $75, shipping cost depends on the shipping option selected, your destination and total weight of the items ordered. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Return Policy

Not happy with your purchase? No problem. We gladly accept returns for eligible items received within 14 days of order delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we won't be able to accept your return.

Returned items must be returned in their original packaging, including original price tags, dust bags, cases, accessories, or shoe boxes.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged.

Items must be returned without makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hairs or any product stains or odors.

Shoes must be returned in their original box and shipped inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns.

The following items are not eligible for return: Final Sale items, Clearance items, Special Sale items, Swimsuits, underwear, undergarments, intimates, jewelry, any items that have been used, worn, scuffed, washed, altered or damaged, any items that are not in their original packaging, items with missing tags, items with missing pieces, shoes that have been scuffed, shoes with damaged shoe boxes and returns received 14 days after order delivery date.

Returns received 14 days after order delivery date will not be processed and will be returned back to the you. Additionally, a return shipping fee will be charged to your original form of payment, to cover our cost of returning the item(s) to you.

Please, note that your original shipping cost is not refundable.

Please allow 7-10 business days (depending on shipping method) for your return to arrive at our Returns Center.

We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been processed back to your original form of payment.

Refused, Undeliverable/Return to Sender Packages

If you wish to have your order reshipped, there will be an additional shipping cost as well as any undeliverable charge assessed by the carrier, if applicable. Please, note that your original shipping cost is not refundable. To have your order reshipped, please, use the Contact Us form on our website to let us know. Be sure to reference your Order Number in your message to us.

If you do not wish to have your order reshipped, the order will be treated as a regular return. Please, note that your original shipping cost is not refundable and you will also be charged any undeliverable charge assessed by the carrier, if applicable.

Requesting a Return

To return an item, you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).

To request an RMA Number, use the Contact Us button on the website to contact us and let us know you would like to Request an RMA Number. Be sure to reference your Order Number in your message to us.

We will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours with your RMA Number and instructions for shipping your items back to us. In returning your items to us, you can choose to have us send you a prepaid shipping label ($9.95 return shipping fee will be charged to you) or you can choose to ship your items back to us using your own shipping method. At this time, we are unable to offer the prepaid shipping label option for International returns.

Refunds

Refunds for returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after your return is received at our Returns Center. Please, note that it usually takes an additional 5-7 business days for your bank/credit card to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time.
